Elementary Ballet
Elementary Ballet is part of Houston Ballet Academy's Pre-Professional Program. Students who are 6 years of age may register for Elementary Ballet and are not required to audition.
Auditions

Performance Opportunities
Numerous performance opportunities are available for Pre-Professional students, including the annual Spring Showcase production at the Wortham Theater Center.
Wellness & Body Conditioning
Houston Ballet Academy staff, wellness team and Houston Methodist athletic trainers help students stay happy and healthy.
Evaluations
Levels Elementary Ballet – Intermediate will receive evaluations once per year at the close of the first semester. Students in Levels 5-10 will have an evaluation class in the Spring Semester and consultations with their teachers. Evaluations will be e-mailed to parents after student consultations.
Children's Workshops
Girls & Boys ages 4 - 8: Week-long summer workshops are themed based on popular story ballets in Houston Ballet's repertoire.
Boys ages 7 - 12: Week-long workshop exposes boys to the necessary skills to become a strong male dancer.
