On April 28, 2019, over 170 guests gathered at Artisans for a unique meal designed by four of Houston’s hottest chefs. The dancer inspired menu featured exceptional dishes combined for a one-night-only menu which raised a record breaking $100,000 to benefit Houston Ballet.
Thank you to Chef Jacques Fox of Artisans, Chef Matt Staph of One Fifth, Chef Chris Davies of Uchi, and Pastry Chef Rebecca Masson of Fluff Bake Bar and to the Houston Ballet company members Ian Casady, Bridget Kuhns, Aaron Daniel Sharratt, and Natalie Varnum who joined them in the kitchen.
