Academy Artistic Operations Coordinator

As the Academy Artistic Operations Coordinator, you’ll provide a high level of administrative support to the Academy’s department. You’ll serve as an indispensable resource for the Academy and often serve as the first point of contact for parents and students Pre-School and Pre-Professional Program. Therefore, it is important that you are well organized and exhibit a pleasant professional demeanor in customer interactions. You will also be responsible for preparing and communicating Academy information to staff, parents, and students.

Academy Administrative Associate

As the Academy Administrative Associate, you’ll assist our Ballet school (the “Academy”) with data entry and maintenance, programming support, and customer service. This position supports the Registrar’s Office and Academy Programs Manager and serves as a primary point of contact for parents and students. Great customer service and responsiveness is a must! You’ll need to be well-organized and have a strong attention to detail. You should also have a strong interest and experience working in a database.

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering general Marketplace information to callers. The CSRs use basic office equipment and technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to perform their duties. The CSRs assume ticket order responsibility and processing of payments during performances and throughout the work week.

Institutional Giving Coordinator

Reporting to and working closely with the Institutional Giving Manager, you’ll collaboratively support the Institutional Giving team in cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporations, foundations, and government agencies.  The Institutional Giving team oversees a portfolio of 70+ dedicated funders and is responsible for raising $3-5 million annually to support the mission, work, and goals of Houston Ballet.
