The Wardrobe Coordinator requires a self-motivated, creative person that is able to operate within a fast paced, heavily populated environment. This individual will be responsible for multiple projects and will assist in the coordination the wardrobe needs for the company, as well as supervise the hourly crews as needed.
The Part time Resident Dorm Supervisor services as a bridge for student’s independent living providing a safe, clean and resourceful living environment for Houston Ballet students.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering general Marketplace information to callers. The CSRs use basic office equipment and technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to perform their duties. The CSRs assume ticket order responsibility and processing of payments during performances and throughout the work week.
Assistant Director of Individual Giving is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward annual gifts for Houston Ballet. This position closely manages key fundraising efforts related to growing and retaining the number of Houston Ballet Ambassadors. Additionally, this position manages a portfolio of current and prospective donors with the expectation of strengthening relationships on behalf of the Ballet.
This position primarily maximizes Houston Ballet’s external presence in traditional and social media but also assists the Director and Associate Director of Marketing & PR in all projects pertaining to the Marketing and PR department.

150+ students are housed at a dormitory for their 6 week summer intensive program that runs June 18-July 27, 2018. The chaperones are responsible for providing safety and security to the students while providing a comforting and nurturing environment for the students.
Under minimal supervision, the Academy Summer Intensive Pianist provides accompaniment for ballet classes for the Houston Ballet’s 2018 Summer Intensive Program. The 6 week summer intensive program runs June 18-July 27, 2018.
This position assists in the supervision and training of HBII students.

The Summer Intensive Program is the Academy’s largest recruiting tool for inviting talented students to train in the Professional Program. More than 60% of current company members trained in the Academy. The Academy Summer Program Intern will gain experience in managing large student groups, develop team building skills and will also gain valuable experience in interfacing with international faculty and professional staff. The internship will allow a college student to experience the full spectrum of planning and executing an intensive, 6-week summer program and performance, from preparation to completion. This internship will provide valuable experience to any student that wishes to explore a career in arts administration. Additionally, this internship will provide the opportunity to impact the lives of teenagers in a positive way by interacting, engaging, and supporting them during their intensive training. The intern is paid through a stipend provided by ExxonMobil.
