The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering general Marketplace information to callers. The CSRs use basic office equipment and technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to perform their duties. The CSRs assume ticket order responsibility and processing of payments during performances and throughout the work week.
Assistant Director of Individual Giving is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward annual gifts for Houston Ballet. This position closely manages key fundraising efforts related to growing and retaining the number of Houston Ballet Ambassadors. Additionally, this position manages a portfolio of current and prospective donors with the expectation of strengthening relationships on behalf of the Ballet.
This is a temporary part time position to assist with a data clean-up project. Working under the supervision of the Associate Director Tessitura Operations, the Development Office Assistant will be responsible for the execution of a database cleanup, focusing primarily on the Houston Ballet Academy’s records on Tessitura. The purpose of the project is to ensure Academy student, alumni and parent data is up to date in the donor/ticketing database, Tessitura, in preparation for a new Academy database. This project is expected to take between 40-60 hours on a schedule that can be flexible.
Oversee teaching and skills evaluation for curriculum for lower school. Provide guidance for school growth and development in the lower school.

150+ students are housed at a dormitory for their 6 week summer intensive program that runs June 18-July 27, 2018. The chaperones are responsible for providing safety and security to the students while providing a comforting and nurturing environment for the students.
Under minimal supervision, the Academy Summer Intensive Pianist provides accompaniment for ballet classes for the Houston Ballet’s 2018 Summer Intensive Program. The 6 week summer intensive program runs June 18-July 27, 2018.
This position assists in the supervision and training of HBII students.
