This introductory class series is designed for students 14+ with zero or minimal ballet experience.
An emphasis will be placed on safe execution of the fundamentals of ballet technique. Students will become familiar with a variety of essential movements, their corresponding French terminology, as well as the overall structure of a traditional ballet class (barre work, center practice, allegro). These classes are designed to give students the information they will need to feel comfortable entering a beginner ballet class.
