Students will be in classes Monday - Saturday. Classes typically begin at 9 AM and end around 5 PM. All schedules are subject to change. There are no classes on Sunday and students may attend organized activities for an additional fee per activity.
Students ages 12 - 17 (must still be 17 by conclusion of the summer program) have the option of living at the University of St. Thomas (UST) dormitory. Breakfast and dinner are provided daily. The UST dorm is chaperoned 24/7 and students are transported to class in vans and buses.
Dorm check-in for the 2022 intensive is Saturday, June 25. Dorm check-out is Saturday, July 30.

Main Event Entertainment Station
Enjoy an afternoon at Main Event! Includes a game of laser tag, bowling, pizza, and a $15 game card.
Museum of Natural Science
As one of the most heavily attended museums in the United States, and one of the most attended venues in Houston, the Museum of Natural Science houses the Burke Baker Planetarium, Wortham GIANT Screen Theatre, Cockrell Butterfly Center and a fascinating variety of permanent exhibit areas that examine astronomy, space science, Native American culture, paleontology, energy, chemistry, gems and minerals, seashells, Texas wildlife and much more.
NASA Space Center
Spend the day at the NASA Space Center of Houston! Explore the exhibits and attractions, including the Space Center Theater, a tram tour of NASA's Johnson Space Center, and galleries of astronauts and space items. There is even a simulator of what it's like to live in space!
Did you know Houston is only second to New York City in having the most number of theater seats in a concentrated area? It also has 9 performing arts organizations; one of the few cities in America with an in-house Opera, Theater Company and Ballet!
