 Part-time customer Service Representative

Houston Ballet is hiring friendly and outgoing Part-time Customer Service Representatives for their Box Office at the Wortham Theater Center.

Details: Part-time position, with flexible hours within the Box Office hours; M-F 9am - 5pm and extended hours on performance nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include: Assisting customers both in person and over the phone, processing and packaging ticket orders, handling cash drawer, and other assigned duties from Box Office Managers.

Qualifications: customer service skills, computer literacy, proficient communication skills (verbal and written).
