Overview

What if, for one night, you left the expected behind? Inspired by the world premiere of Stanton Welch’s Where’s Alice?, this year the Houston Ballet Ball invites you down the rabbit hole, where the familiar takes an unexpected turn. This bold new ballet reimagines Lewis Carroll’s beloved stories for a modern world, and we look forward to bringing a little of that curiosity and imagination to our celebration.

Behind the evening’s wonder is a purpose that lasts well beyond the final dance. In support of Houston Ballet’s mission to inspire a lasting love and appreciation for dance, the Ball raises vital funds to keep live performances and arts education thriving in our community.
