Houston Ballet Artistic Director Stanton Welch created a spectacular new version of Swan Lake, the company’s first new production of this milestone work in two decades, featuring scenery and costumes by the celebrated Australian designer Kristian Fredrikson.  One of the great love stories of classical ballet, Swan Lake tells the story of Odette – a beautiful maiden transformed into a swan by an evil knight – and the Prince who swears his eternal love for her.
