ADDITIONAL TICKET PURCHASES
SUBSCRIBERS RECEIVE 10% OFF ADDITIONAL SINGLE TICKETS (excluding The Nutcracker, Margaret Alkek Williams Jubilee of Dance, and Academy Spring Showcase). Please call 713.227.2787, or toll free at 1.800.828.2787 and identify yourself as a subscriber at the time of purchase (subscriber discount on single tickets not available online).
EXCHANGES: You may exchange your tickets until 12 pm the day of the performance you wish to exchange into or out of, whichever occurs first. For Saturday matinees, the deadline is 12pm Friday. You may exchange tickets for similar seats at a different performance of the same ballet, pending availability.
Online: Go to www.houstonballet.org. In the upper right corner of the home page, select “Account" to log into your account. Once logged in, go to "My Tickets" to view all performances that are eligible for exchange.

By Mail: Mail your tickets and a letter stating your change request to: Houston Ballet Box Office at Wortham Theater Center, 601 Preston Houston, Texas 77002 (Please allow 7 working days for mail delivery).
SWAP (full season subscribers only)
Swap your tickets, free of service charge, from one specific production for an equal number of tickets to any other season production (one time only for six-show subscriptions; does not include The Nutcracker, Margaret Alkek Williams Jubilee of Dance, or Academy Spring Showcase). Swaps can be done in person at the Houston Ballet box office Or by calling 713.227.2787
TICKET DONATIONS & TAX DEDUCTIONS: Donate your tickets for re-sale and receive a donation receipt. Donated tickets must be received by mail or in person one hour prior to your scheduled performance to receive a donation receipt. Call 713.227.2787 for more information.
LOST TICKETS: Call Houston Ballet Box Office at 713.227.2787 to arrange your replacement tickets, or go to the subscriber services window at the box office when you arrive for your performance.
Missed performances: If a subscriber is unable to exchange their tickets in advance and misses a performance, new tickets can be arranged in person at the subscriber services window at the box office within 90 minutes prior to the performance. For $10 per ticket, subscribers can receive comparable seating at the selected performance. (excluding The Nutcracker, Academy Spring Showcase, Margaret Alkek Williams Jubilee of Dance). (Please Note: We will not be able to provide subscribers with their exact subscription seats or guarantee that they will be seated in their same seating section.
