The BEST SEATS! Subscribers get the best seats in the house. Select your seats before tickets go on sale to the general public to make sure you get your desired location.
FREE exchanges - If you chosen date proves to be incovenient, you can simply exchange your tickets for similar seats to a different performance of the same ballet, pending availability. You may exchange your tickets until 12 PM the day of your original ticketed performance date. For Saturday matinees, the exchange deadline is 12 PM Friday. Exchange your tickets online, in person, or by calling 713.227.2787 (ARTS).
- Online: Go to www.houstonballet.org. In the upper right corner of the home page, select “Account" to log into your account. Once logged in, go to "My Tickets" to view all performances that are eligible for exchange.

10% OFF on additional single tickets - Receive a 10% discount on ANY additional tickets you wish to purchase to Houston Ballet performances (excluding The Nutcracker and Academy Spring Showcase). Please call 713.227.2787, or toll free at 1.800.828.2787, and identify yourself as a subscriber at the time of purchase (subscriber discount on single tickets not available online).
SWAP Options - Swap your tickets, free of service charge, from one specific production for an equal number of tickets to any other season production (one time only for full season subscriptions; does not include The Nutcracker or Academy Spring Showcase). Swaps can be done in person at the Houston Ballet Box Office or by calling 713.227.2787.
The Nutcracker Priority - Get early access to tickets to The Nutcracker before they go on sale to the general public to ensure you get the best seats at the best price! Subscribers also get priority seating for the Academy Spring Showcase.
The HB Guarantee - During the 2021-2022 season, we have introduced the HB Guarantee which promises to honor the value of your tickets in the unfortunate event of a cancellation or if a ticket holder does not feel comfortable attending a performance or cannot attend due to illness. Houston Ballet will work with you to reschedule tickets, apply the value of the tickets to an HB credit for a future performance in the 21-22 season or donate your tickets back to the Foundation. Houston Ballet News - Season subscribers will enjoy a one-year subscription to Houston Ballet News, our bi-annual magazine.
Behind the Scenes Tour - Subscribers can take a special tour of the Center for Dance, including the wardrobe departments and Company rehearsal studios, on reserved dates for subscribers only.
Upgrade Certificates - BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Subscribers will receive two free seating upgrades for use on two productions throughout the season, to be determined by Houston Ballet. The way it works: subscribers can call the Box Office 24 hours before curtain.
Ticket Donations and Tax Deductions - Donate your tickets for re-sale and receive a donation receipt. Donated tickets must be received by mail or in person one hour prior to your scheduled performance to receive a donation receipt. Call 713.227.2787 for more information.
LOST TICKETS: Call Houston Ballet Box Office at 713.227.2787 to arrange your replacement tickets, or go to the subscriber services window at the box office when you arrive for your performance.
Missed performances: If a subscriber is unable to exchange their tickets in advance and misses a performance, new tickets can be arranged in person at the subscriber services window at the box office within 90 minutes prior to the performance. For $10 per ticket, subscribers can receive comparable seating at the selected performance (excluding The Nutcracker, Academy Spring Showcase). Please Note: We will not be able to provide subscribers with their exact subscription seats or guarantee that they will be seated in their same seating section.
