Our Flexibility Promise

During the unparalleled circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we understand that flexibility and your safety are key. The HB Guarantee, our flexibility policy for all Houston Ballet Ticket holders, is an important part of our 2021-2022 season.

• In the unfortunate event of a performance cancellation,  Houston Ballet guarantees to honor the value of your purchase. Ticket holders may choose to apply the value to an HB credit to a future Houston Ballet performance, donate your tickets back to the Foundation or receive a full refund.
• If a ticket holder does not feel comfortable attending a performance or cannot attend due to illness, Houston Ballet will work with you to reschedule tickets, apply the value of the tickets to an HB credit for a future performance in the 21-22 season or donate your tickets back to the Foundation.
• There will be no exchange fees associated with any ticket purchase.
