Dance is an unstoppable force.

Art changes with the world around us, constantly evolving and adapting to an ever-changing environment. As artists, dancers and creatives, the conviction to continue to create dance drives us forward in this new normal. We are determined, now more than ever, to restore ourselves and our artform back to something new.

Restoration was filmed across 19 locations in Houston by a small-but-mighty film crew of 5 and 62 dancers from our Company, HBII and Ballet Masters - all while maintaining strict social distancing protocols. Set to Black Lung by The Dead South, Restoration reflects the dedication and persistence of our organization to safely return to our home at the Center For Dance.

We know art is resilient. While we are creating in a way that we could have never predicted, we remain steadfast in our determination to dance.
