The Nutcracker Market is Houston Ballet's largest fundraiser. All proceeds benefit the Houston Ballet, the Houston Ballet Academy, and Academy scholarship funds. It takes more than 1,000 volunteers to make the Market run smoothly, and we need your help.
About Volunteering
Choose from selling tickets at our ticket windows, handing out programs at Market entrance, setting up tables for our luncheons, and more! Each shift is between 3-4 hours. Some people work one day and some people work multiple days - it's completely up to you. Each day that you work, you will receive free admission to the Market so you can shop and explore before or after your shift.

How To Volunteer
To volunteer, visit Shiftboard.com/NutcrackerMarket. If you don't already have an account, click "New Registration." Once you have registered, check your email - you will receive a welcome letter with instructions. Invite your friends! Volunteers must be 18 or older and background checks are required.
