Cullen Series: Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal
Get your passports ready. You're being transported to Italy, via Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal. This dynamic ballet company will present two works by choreographer Mauro Bigonzetti, a native of Rome. Set to the familiar and always stirring music of Vivaldi, The Four Seasons is among Bigonzetti's newest works, created specifically for the Canadian company. His recognized and ever-popular Cantata is a passionate homage to the Italian culture and music tradition, evoking a wild Mediterranean beauty. The program is co-presented with Society for the Performing Arts.
