Student Services Coordinator

Department: Academy
Reports to: Registrar
Status: *Full-time/Exempt with benefits package
*Availability to work nights and weekends for performances and/or auditions as necessary.

Summary: The Student Service Coordinator coordinates and implements student services. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating all auditions, assisting Registrar with related duties, and coordinating summer audition tour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work year-round with staff, students, and parents in the recruitment and enrollment process
  • Coordinate, prepare, and manage all year-round and Summer Academy auditions
  • Coordinate, prepare, and manage all Summer tour reservations and bookings
  • Prepare packets for travelling staff
  • Travel with Artistic Staff when needed
  • Review and update web information
  • Manage lunch program
  • Coordinate Summer special projects with intern
  • Assist Registrar with data entry and posting payments when needed

Minimum REQUIRED Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of experience working with students
  • Experience in developing and implementing new programs
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and make effective decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license

Preferred ADDITIONAL Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of dance
  • Knowledge of Tessitura
  • Experience working in a school setting
