Part-time customer service representative

The Houston Ballet  is hiring friendly and outgoing Customer Service Representatives for their Box Office in the Wortham Theater Center.

Details:
Part-time position, 9am-5pm with extended hours on performance nights. Responsibilities include: processing and packaging telephone ticket orders, assisting customers with purchases, handling cash drawer.

Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills, Computer Experience helpful, comfortable with new software, ability to handle large volume of phone calls, no-out-bound sales, training is provided
